UK Orders - Next Day Delivery

  • Delivery to addresses within the UK is £7.95, or FREE for orders over £500
  • If you place your order online or over the telephone before 1pm, your jewellery will arrive the next day (Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
  • If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
  • Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address, where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

London Same Day Delivery

  • We offer a same day delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £20
  • Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery
  • We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority

Overseas Orders

  • Delivery overseas costs £18 to Europe, £25 everywhere else
  • The transaction is taken in pounds sterling
  • Overseas deliveries will arrive within 1-3 working days in Europe and the US, or within 1-7 working days for the rest of the world. To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, please call +44 (0) 207 706 0060
  • Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (15%) will be removed from your order at checkout
  • Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
