PERSONAL SHOPPING

Astley Clarke are looking for a new Personal Shopper to join our team of jewellery aficionados. At Astley Clarke we pride ourselves on giving our customers an outstanding online, telephone and showroom experience, and we are now recruiting for a new member of the Personal Shopping team to join our quest to delight and inspire. The ideal candidate will be from a highly service oriented background, ideally with experience of the whole customer lifecycle, with strength in sales but also after sales care. Full jewellery training will be given, however an keen interest in jewellery would be a significant advantage.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a bright enthusiastic graduate with a jewellery related degree, or fashion/business graduate with jewellery retail experience. The position:

- Providing assistance in daily picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders.

- Organising jewellery for press requests & events.

- Assisting in stock control, counting inventory during stock take and making sure all jewellery movement is accurately recorded.

- Occasionally assisting with inbound stock movement, including receiving and QC

- General housekeeping of the warehouse.

INTERN to creative director

Job description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated jewellery intern for our London office.
Your role will involve supporting the Buying Team and Creative Director with day to day responsibilities, receiving and handling stock, corresponding with designers and suppliers, gathering and compiling design research, general administration associated with the role

Skills required:
Education in jewellery making and design at degree level, demonstrating strong practical and design skills, ideally prior work experience in a jewellery related business.
Good working knowledge of Photoshop (CS3 or 4), Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel.
A keen eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills, good time management, self motivated, with the ability to receive briefs and work to them effectively and work to tight deadlines.
