1. Who are your designers and where do they source their stones and make the jewellery?
You can view all of our jewellery designers. Our twenty hand-picked designers either come from the US or from the UK making Astley Clarke an ideal bridge between Bond Street and Fifth Avenue. Each designer is selected not only for the beauty of their designs but equally for their attention to the materials and stones they use. Each jewellery designer uses reputable and quality stone sellers and the silver or gold used is clearly stated in the product description.
2. Are your jewellery designs exclusive to Astley Clarke?
Yes. Most designers have designed an exclusive jewellery collection for us. Some designers however either sell exclusively to us in the UK or sell exclusively to us online. We aim to clearly state in 'Jewellery Designers' section whether or not the collection is exclusive.
3. Are the products pictured actual size?
Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do endeavour to show you the correct size using the ‘Actual Size’ link beside each product where we have photographed a product on a person. The ‘See how it fits’ link shows you how different length necklaces sit on your neck.
4. Are any special modifications to your designs available (I need a longer length necklace; I cannot manoeuvre the clasp shown; the ring size needs adjusting; etc.)
Yes. At Astley Clarke, you can make a special request by email or phone prior to placing your order. After your request is relayed to us, we will contact you if there is a small additional charge or additional delivery time associated with your request. We will then notify you so you can place your order online or we will take your order over the phone (UK 0870 850 5685 or Overseas +44 (0) 207 706 0060).
5. Are the stones real?
Yes they are. Astley Clarke only sells jewellery made with real precious or semi-precious gemstones. Where they are significant, stone weights have been included in the product descriptions. If a product contains diamonds and another stone type as well, the weight listed is the total diamond weight.

Yes, whenever the chain length is indicated the chain is included.
