Astley Clarke is an online designer jewellery boutique that is rapidly expanding and was recently voted by Walpole as “Britain’s Luxury Brand of Tomorrow”. We are now seeking to expand the business significantly and are recruiting two new roles - Online Marketing Executive and a PR Exec/Manager:

Online Marketing Executive
This role represents the perfect opportunity for a skilled and passionate online marketer who is looking to develop within a progressive and fast-paced organisation. To be a success in this role, you will have a broad range of online marketing skills, ideally with some knowledge of off-line direct marketing also. You will have proven experience in successfully delivering online marketing campaigns and have a comprehensive understanding of web reporting techniques. Experience requirements include at least 2 years online retail and luxury brand marketing.

PR Exec/Manager
Astley Clarke is searching for a skilled PR person with excellent contacts in the jewellery and fashion press. Ideally this person would have a good understanding of jewellery, online and the luxury sector. This person must be a self starter and be able to work in conjunction with our PR company. This could be a FT or PT role.

Online PR & Partnership Expert
Astley Clarke is looking to recruit an experienced online marketeer with excellent contacts within the online fashion world (magazines, portals, blogs partners). This person must have worked in the online arena for a minimum of 2-3 years, have a good understanding of partnership marketing, affiliates and online pr.


Wholesale Manager/Salesperson
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wholesale professional to launch and build Astley Clarke's wholesale business. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of the UK Jewellery marketplace and existing contacts within Jewellers, Fashion Shops and Gift Shops across the UK. An ability to sell luxury product and solid experience in the jewellery sector is essential.

Customer Service Position
Astley Clarke is looking to recruit a key member of the customer service team to handle day to day customer relationships and sales. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the market level and brand positioning of Astley Clarke, preferably with some high end retail experience (e-commerce, catalogue or store) and a sound understanding of the importance of great customer service within this type of business. As well as being good with people, candidates will need to work with Astley Clarke’s customer service systems to meet and wherever possible, exceed customer expectations.

Skills required:
Computer literacy, good use of outlook; excel and word. Confident user of order taking and customer communication software.
An excellent command of the English language, both written and verbally.

Ability to:
Give customers a positive impression of the business and product through excellence in Customer Service
Develop Customer relationships and sales
Demonstrate a pro-active, ‘can-do’ approach
Resolve customer service issues confidently, and with appropriate empathy and efficiency under guidance of senior team members.
