About: This unique suglite ring is by London jewellery designer Pippa Small, available online from Astley Clarke. Banded in satin finished 18ct gold, the irregular suglite has been beautifully faceted, with the face of the ring measuring 10mm in width and sits 3mm proud of a 1.5mm wide band. Simple and elegant, Pippa's distinctively organic designs have earned her a reputation as one of London's most talented jewellery designers.

Due to the natural and organic nature of gemstones, these pieces often include interesting inclusions. Far from detracting from the value of the piece, we feel that these natural inclusions add to the unique and personal nature of Pippa’s work.

One of London’s most talented jewellery designers and an acclaimed anthropologist, Pippa Small was born in Canada but raised in Wiltshire to an eclectic extended family of artists and travellers. From a shy and inquisitive child, to anthropologist, to jewellery designer, Pippa now finds herself designing jewellery largely in conjunction with causes close to her heart. Her line of 18ct gold jewellery and exquisite gem stones are ethically sourced and are available only in a very few stores across Europe. Pippa's jewellery is designed at her studio in London and made in India.
