Free Returns
You can return your jewellery for any reason. Returns are free of charge within the UK.

FULL DELIVERY DETAILS
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, so do ensure there will be someone at the delivery address.
The European and International delivery options become available once you select a non-UK country as part of the delivery address.
Please note that orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the despatch of your order.
Standard UK Delivery: Free until 5th June
UK orders using the standard delivery option will arrive within 3-5 working days
Next Day UK Delivery: £9.95
UK Orders placed before 3pm will arrive next day (Monday to Thursday - excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Same Day London Delivery: £20
Our Same Day London Courier service is available for all London Postcodes.
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 3pm. Same Day deliveries are dispatched as a priority.
London same day delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
European Delivery Service: £12.95
Delivery to European countries will take 3-5 working days.
International Delivery Service: £19.95
Please allow 3-5 working days for international delivery.
Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%) is removed from your order at checkout.
The following countries are exempt from duty: Canada and USA
Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Further Information
- Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
