About: Handmade 18ct yellow gold cluster earrings with inlaid diamonds, from the remarkable English designer Ruth Tomlinson, available in Europe exclusively from Astley Clarke. Handmade in her studio in London the designer stud earrings feature an organic amalgamation of gold nuggets intermittently set with diamonds. The small gold earrings measure approximately 6mm by 9mm and sit 6mm proud of the ear. Driven by a passion for the magic of minutiae, tiny intricacies and small oddities, Ruth Tomlinson’s ethereal and organic designs delight the soul while subtly questioning the idea of preciousness. Following her MA at London Royal College of Art, Ruth has maintained her studio in London where she designs and hand makes every piece, drawing inspiration from the idea of life cycles and the rich history of jewellery.
