Sales Assistant and Junior Manager

Astley Clarke are recruiting for a passionate and highly motivated Sales Assistant and Junior Manager, to work in our brand new Retail Concession to open Mid September in Selfridges. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual with a love for jewellery to represent the Astley Clarke brand at the highest level.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, have experience of working within a luxury brand, solid jewellery retail experience and strong communication skills.

You will be required to be flexible as the role will involve some evenings and weekends.

Head of Wholesale Sales

This Position would be accountable for creating and growing a Domestic and International Wholesale Division within Astley Clarke and would take a place on the senior management team of the business.

Responsibilities:

Building a wholesale strategy to deliver the businesses’ growth targets and in line with the brand’s development
Open key accounts both in Domestic and International Markets
Build relationships with and grow key accounts YOY
Train staff and teams within accounts
Rolling out a VM Plan and delivering Marketing support for each account to help them with PR and events
Working with Merchandising/Buying to develop appropriate stock selections for different level of accounts to ensure correct stock profile /Defining packages
Opening up and negotiating large licensing deals in key territories
In addition this role would be instrumental in opening key retail concessions overseas
