Based out of a little cobbled mews in W2, the head office houses the whole UK team from the design studio through to marketing and accounts. Web Content & SEO Executive

Reporting to: Head of E-commerce

Overview

This role is responsible for the uploading and maintenance of product and content to our award winning website. Ensure the sizing and timeliness of the finished product and on-model images are to the agreed spec. Contributing to the content planning meetings and learning to build HTML weekly emails. Updating or internal product catalogue to reflect the latest imagery and information stored is accurate and complete. Assist the digital marketing team with on site optimization, management of SEO and analysis and reporting of Google Analytics and CRM information.

Essential Job Functions

Upload Process

  • Ensure that products are uploaded to the site as per the go-live schedule, ensuring that all the product information and images are correct.
  • Assist and coordinate the selling copy as per the company guidelines.
  • Re-merchandise new-in and other affected categories when new product goes live based on agreed rules to maximize conversion.
  • Ensure back in stock items are showing live on the site.

Content & SEO

  • Understand the mechanics and importance of SEO to the business in driving traffic and sales.
  • Assist Web Content and Trading Manager in ensuring web site adheres to best practices for SEO rankings.
  • Help produce SEO rich content and write product description content.
  • Develop good understanding of the website structure, Magento, CMS pages and HTML.

Email Build

  • Be prepared to learn the essentials of HTML email build.

Graphic & Web Designer

Reporting to: Head of E-commerce

Overview

Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and working closely with the Creative Director this busy role is responsible for the digital, print, POS and marketing collateral. Producing work to a high standard and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all mediums this role allows a good degree of creativity and variation.

The Role

The role will be responsible for:

  • Working with clearly defined briefs create on-brand design for use within our award winning web site, emails, point of sale and marketing collateral
  • Contributing to the design direction and creation of suitable photography and assets
  • Liaising with printers to understand technical requirements and ensure all creative is delivered in correct formats and to agreed specification
  • Ensuring all creative is delivered to agreed time frames and on brand
  • Liaising with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to understand the design requirements for the website, print and other collateral ensuring a consistent aesthetic across all mediums
  • Proofreading finished design to produce accurate and high-quality work

The Person

The qualities we are looking for include:

  • Experience of both digital and print design
  • Bachelor's Degree in art, graphics or visual communications or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of working in a team environment and achieving deadlines
  • Strong creative skills within the framework of the brand guidelines
  • Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS not essential but would be an advantage
  • Good project and time management capability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and clarify briefs
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment

Temporary Sales Assistants

Temporary sales assistants required to join us through the Christmas period across all of our stores and within our Personal Shopping team based at our Head Office. Excellent customer service skills, a love of jewellery and experience in retail is essential. Successful candidates must be available to work throughout the Christmas period and be flexible to work weekends and evenings if needed.
