Based out of a little cobbled mews in W2, the head office houses the whole UK team from the design studio through to marketing and accounts. We may be a small team but we are one that is dedicated to championing everything we love about Astley Clarke. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to: Personal Shopping Manager
At Astley Clarke we are passionate about our customers and strive to provide each person with the best possible after care. We are searching for an enthusiastic person to join our team of Personal Shoppers in our Head Office based in W2. Retail and Customer Service experience is vital and a general knowledge of jewellery will also be beneficial. Responsibilities will include answering customer calls and emails, assisting Personal Shoppers with admin and handling customer repairs.

TEMPORARY PERSONAL SHOPPING ASSISTANT
Reporting to: Personal Shopping Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Shopping Assistant to join us during the bustling Christmas period in our main London Boutique and Head Office. A love of jewellery and experience in retail, ideally luxury jewellery is essential. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a busy environment and will be available to work throughout the Christmas period and be flexible to work weekends and evenings.

RETAIL AND WHOLESALE ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP
Reporting to: Head of Retail
The candidate will gain experience in the day to day running of the retail and wholesale department for Astley Clarke. Reporting to the Head of Retail, they will work closely with the team to support all daily activity including order processing, creating line sheets, market research, building brand packs and organising jewellery samples for customer appointments. They will also assist in the preparation and set up for events in our onsite showroom and also in other central London locations. This internship would be suitable for anyone looking for experience in the luxury fashion or accessories industry. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in jewellery and or luxury goods with excellent organisational skills and competency with Microsoft Office.
The internship will be based in central London (Zone 1) for a period of 1-3 months
