Mihaela N.I had some issues with the dispatch procedure and because of that the gift came later (14 days after placing the order). I have mixed feelings about this aspect because on one hand it came later but on the other hand, Astley Clarke has I really strict policy about the source the money comes from, which is remarkable. I really thought that the gift will not come at all. Just because of that I give more 4.5 than 5 stars, although the customer service deserves all 10 stars because they really engaged in helping me. I would mention that after being dispatched, the gift was delivered the second day, so I don't have any complains. The packaging is absolutley divine. It really ups the experience of recieving presents. The jewelry quality is really good. Thank you Astley Clarke for the overall experience.

Jonathan R.I was trying to buy three rings in the sale for my wife's birthday. She wanted all three (different sizes for adjoining fingers) or none at all. On the website all three were available, but the largest turned out to be out of stock when I tried to put it in the basket. I then telephoned and Paige Warner in your office was extremely helpful in trying to find one, and did eventually succeed. It was the sort of personal service that is sadly lacking in many places today.
