I am sorry to say I had serious difficulty receiving purchases as i live in NZ but wanted to send my daughter a necklace in the UK. Having been notified on 12 December I had to cancel the global order and reorder on the GB site. Every time I used the GB site it would switch back to NZ site. After lots of confusion I telephoned and reordered by credit card which was approved by my bank as I checked their security.
My bank account showed two payments to Astley Clarke and Globel. On the 17th
