I need a ring size other than what is listed on your website. Is this possible?

Our contemporary sterling silver/vermeil rings are currently available in sizes J, L, N and P. Our selection of Signet Rings are also coming in sizes F and H. Our 14ct solid gold rings can potentially be made in alternative sizes than those listed. Please send an email enquiry to personalshopper@astleyclarke.com for more information.

Can I customise the length of my necklace?

The necklaces and pendants we stock are available in the standard sizes shown on each individual product page and cannot be customised. We do stock chain extenders which can be purchased for an additional cost. Please do get intouch with us for more information.

Is it possible to buy the locket or chain on its own?

The pendants and lockets which we have available are supplied with the chains provided as one complete unit. Unfortunately, we do not currently supply chains individually.

Can your lockets be made in a smaller or larger size?

Our photo lockets are available in a number of different sizes, designs and metal colours. We cannot currently accommodate any bespoke requests or make our lockets in an alternative size or design than what is shown on our website.

I'm looking for a solid gold locket. Do you stock these?

What is the cost of your jewellery in my local currency?

Simply click on the flag at the top left corner of our website to select your country and shop in your local currency. Any taxes, duties and customs charges which apply will be clearly shown at the checkout and included when you place your order.

Where can I find the dimensions of a particular piece?

Each product page provides detailed information for all of our jewellery. This includes the basic dimensions, metal type, gemstone type, product length etc. as well as a more detailed overview in the product description. If there is anything missing or that you are unsure of, please do get in touch.

How do I place and style an ear cuff?

Put on correctly, the cuff should sit approximately a third of the way up the ear, over the antihelix. To do this, simply hold the open side of the cuff up next to the thinnest part of your ear - which is usually just over halfway up – move the cuff inwards so it slides onto the ear and over your antihelix, and then slide it down to where it sits comfortably and securely. Will my jewellery arrive in a box?

All of our jewellery is beautifully presented in a signature Astley Clarke box and dust pouch. If you have selected our eco packaging option at the checkout, your jewellery will be packaged within an Astley Clarke dust pouch only. We also offer a luxury gift-wrapping service for an additional £5.

I have lost my earring. Can you suppply a single?

There is a selection of earrings which we have available to purchase individually and can be found in our Single Earrings collection. We will not replace any lost items purchased as this is not covered by your warranty.

Are your Biography Bracelets available in any other sizes?

Our Biography Bracelets are available in one standard size, with a total length of 185mm. If you are looking for a bracelet to suit a smaller or larger wrist, we would recommend to explore our Adjustable Bracelets selection where you could be choosing one of our Kula Bracelets which are adjustable up to 250mm for example.

What happens if my jewellery doesn't fit?

If the piece you have received does not fit or if it is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it to us for free within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. If you are a UK customer, please click here for a step-by-step guide on how to return your order. Here you will be able to generate your free return label. Please have your order number to hand. Our International customers can click here to create their return via the Global-E portal. You will need your order number starting with the letters GE and email address to hand.

I have seen something on your website which is sold out. Will it come back?

Items which are sold out and not available to purchase on a pre-order basis will not generally be re-stocked. Old designs may reappear in our annual sales, so we would definitely recommend signing up to our newsletter so that you are the first to know.

If something is sold out, do you have a waiting list for when it is re-stocked?

Items which are due to be re-stocked will be available to purchase on a pre-order basis. Our pre-order service allows you to reserve jewellery whilst it is in production and before it has arrived in our warehouse.
