Based out of a little cobbled mews in W2, the head office houses the whole UK team from the design studio through to marketing and accounts. Reporting to: Head of Finance


Exciting opportunity to be part of this growing British luxury brand. The position is a key role supporting the Financial Controller and the rest of the business. It is an all-around role providing great breadth and depth of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. For the right candidate, this role will grow into a Management Accounting role in the future.

This is a multi-channel business offering variety and the opportunity to establish systems and processes as the company grows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage the purchase ledger from coding to payments to supplier statement reconciliations
  • Audit, process and reconciliation of credit card bills
  • Accruals, prepayments and journal postings
  • Daily Bank reconciliations
  • Weekly Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Assisting with management accounts process
  • Monthly payroll processing including pension submission and reconciliation
  • Monthly EC Sales submission
  • Administrative tasks & Ad hoc finance duties as required
  • Office Management

Skills Required

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, organized individual who is a self-starter and works well under pressure. The candidate should have a keen interest in the brand and retail fashion experience would be an asset. A desire to progress is a must! A proven knowledge of excel is essential. Sage Line 200 and Sage 50 experience is vital.

Temporary Sales Assistants

Temporary sales assistants required to join us through the Christmas period across all of our stores and within our Personal Shopping team based at our Head Office. Excellent customer service skills, a love of jewellery and experience in retail is essential. Successful candidates must be available to work throughout the Christmas period and be flexible to work weekends and evenings if needed.
