We are pleased to offer complementary engraving on our jewellery. Let our wide range of engravable jewellery pieces help capture your memories – personalised lockets, bracelets, rings, pendants, you name it. If you have purchased an item or received an item as a gift without personalisation, you can certainly bring your piece to our Monmouth Street store for a complimentary personalisation. One of our team members are available to engrave your piece upon arrival. We don’t require a booking for this service.
Alternatively, you can use our Free Returns Service. Fill in and print your Personalisation form and send your item to us if you wish to add engraving onto your Astley Clarke piece. Please make sure you visit your product on our website to view our recommended engraving requirements.

REPLACEMENT LOCKET PHOTOS
Our lockets are designed to allow you to replace your photos inside, so they are not permanently attached to the locket. Please click here for instructions on how you can order your replacement photos.
We also offer in-store personalisation in our flagship store, no booking needed. Come and visit us to save you from waiting for deliveries!
We provide a repairs service strictly for Astley Clarke jewellery. We offer a 2-year warranty to cover your jewellery, subject to normal conditions of “wear and tear”. Please visit our Warranty & Repairs page if you would like to request a repair for your piece.
We provide a replating service for our pieces. This is not covered by our warranties. Our replating service is free of charge for purchases made within six months. If your purchase is six months old or older, there will be charge of £35.00 for each item.
Due to the delicate nature of gemstones, our replating service is not available for all. Hand-woven bracelets and enamel jewellery are incredibly heat sensitive and cannot be replated.
If you wish to get your piece replated, please fill in our Service Request form and send your jewellery to us so we can fulfil your request.
DEEP CLEAN & POLISH
If your Astley Clarke piece is in dire need of a thorough clean and polish, we offer a complimentary Deep Clean and Polish service! You can bring your jewellery to our flagship store in Monmouth Street and our team member can assist you upon arrival. Alternatively, you can send your jewellery to us with your filled Service Request form, and we’ll take care of the rest!
CREATE YOUR RETURN
Complete the recommended form for the service you are requesting and place the item(s) back into a sturdy packaging.
Enclose the form along with the item(s), seal securely and return to our London address.
Note: If you are returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.

Attach the label to the outside of your parcel, or take the digital QR code to the post office.
If you are returning the item internationally, you can create your returns label through the Global-e portal at http://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal.
Take the parcel to the post office counter to get your tracking number for proof of postage.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the Post Office.

Unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender. We recommend using the free Royal Mail tracked returns service provided. Using an alternative tracked delivery service does not affect your statutory rights.
