Lovely bracelet which was a gift for my son’s girlfriend. HOWEVER I will never use this company again as their customer service and procedures are appalling.
I paid for next day delivery and gift wrapping for a jewellery box for his girlfriend and ordered some earrings for myself. The next day delivery didn’t happen as they like to email to confirm which item needed gift wrapping. This meant that she wouldn’t receive the gift on her birthday. I contacted the company and explained that the jewellery box was for her and was the item to be gift wrapped and the earrings were a treat for me. We also agreed that they would send them that day so I could get them to her the day after her birthday. They duly came as agreed - wrapped and ready to give to her. I also received an email saying that a parcel would arrive on Monday , which I took to mean that the earrings would arrive then. Imagine my surprise when she opened her gift wrapped jewellery box and was delighted to find (although very carelessly placed inside) the earrings that I had ordered!! As her relationship with my son is only about 4 months old, I don’t know her well enough to say the earrings were meant for me!! Not only have I not got the earrings but I have given a gift which is more than double the value of what I had intended! On speaking to the customer service agent, who took a long time to understand what I was telling her, I received a very half hearted apology and agreement that my comments will be passed in! So very very disappointed in this company.
