Malachite Jewellery
The name "malachite" comes from the Greek for 'mallow', in reference to the stone's leaf green colouring. Displaying swirling concentric eye-like rings resembling a 'peacock eye,' malachite was often used as a protection against the ""evil eye,"" and was used in the fight against sorcery and black magic in the Middle Ages.
