Photos
Upload any image straight from your phone or PC, if you have an actual photograph place in a well lit area and take a photo of it with your phone and simply upload that image, no scissors required.
Zoom in to get the personality of the person, baby scan or even pet!
Black and white images always look crisp
You can always take a snap of a much loved drawing or inspirational quote
Don’t panic – you can always order alternative images and the first refill is free..
Engraving
The preview image is a guide – our expert engravers ensure the message is centered and sized to fit
Always check your preview as there are character length limits on each line of engraving
Perhaps avoid terms like Merry Christmas or Happy Birthday as these beautiful lockets will be worn all year.
Names work well, a special date, short quotes, coordinates or a simple expression of love.

Double-check your preview—character limits apply to each line. These lockets are made to be worn every day, so consider timeless messages like names, dates, coordinates, or a simple “I love you.”
Seasonal greetings (like “Merry Christmas”) might be better left off so your locket stays meaningful year-round.
Caring for Your Locket
To keep your photos looking perfect and your locket in its best condition, we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding contact with water or moisture.
The classic Polaris Photo Locket is the perfect way to store special memories. In a larger size for added impact, a vibrant slice of pink Rhodochrosite is set with our dazzling North Star and studded with tiny White Sapphires. The locket holds one photo which we will print and fit as part of our complementary personalisation service. The 18ct Gold vermeil case is engravable for a truly personal treat or gift.

Personalised jewellery that has been engraved is not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned - consider your purchase and contact our personal shopping team for advice before buying.

Our pouches are made from a soft microfibre that can be used to polish your pieces so they stay looking beautiful.
REFRESH YOUR LOCKET
Replacement photos
The photos in our lockets are not permanently secured and can be replaced. To update the images in your locket simply order replacement photos below. Please note if the locket comes in different chain lengths you do need to select a length in the drop down at the top of this page FIRST, it actually doesn't matter what length of chain you select but our system just needs one to proceed.
We'll send you your images cut to size, along with instructions on how to remove and replace the existing one. For UK the photos are sent first class post, for international customers we use Royal Mail tracked and signed.
