RETURNS - EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returning your jewellery online
You can return your jewellery for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Online returns are £5, and this fee will be deducted from your refund total once completed.
Returning your jewellery in-store
If you wish to return in-store, you can take your unwanted order to our Monmouth Street Flagship and return within 30 days free of charge.
Exchanging your jewellery
You can return your jewellery free of charge for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your return and delivery country must be the same. Exchanges and refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receipt, but in busy periods like sales and promotions, this might take longer, up to 10 days to process.
Exemptions to returns and exchanges
The below items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Personalised items that have been engraved or customised
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
- Gift wrap
- Shipping charges
Exchanges are dependant on stock availability, if the item you have requested is out of stock, someone from our team will contact you.
Gift With Purchase
If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, it must also be returned for your refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
UK Returns
We hope you’ll love your new Astley Clarke jewellery as much as we do, but if you’re not completely satisfied or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions:
- All items returned must be in new and unworn condition and in the original undamaged packaging
- Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons – all sales of earrings are final, unless faulty
- Engraved, Made-to-order and Sample Sale items are non-refundable
- Shipping charges, Gift bags and Gift cards are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, it must also be returned for your refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund
- If you purchased your item as part of a set, be aware the full set must be returned
- For international orders, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable
- We offer free exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the item you have requested is out of stock, someone from our team will contact you. Please note that your return and delivery country must be the same.
- UK orders: Online returns will be subject to a £5 return fee. Returns to our Monmouth Street Flagship store are free of charge.
- International orders: Returns from all non-UK addresses cost $10 (or the local currency equivalent amount).This amount will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that have been worn or damaged and are therefore not in a saleable condition.

UK Returns
Processing Your Return
- We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, once received back at our studio. Please note this may take longer during busier times of year
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed at our studio
- All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 working days for your credit card or bank to credit back your account
- All exchange orders will be shipped once we have processed your return
- If you have requested store credit, this will be applied on the day that your return is processed
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges and we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the item in transit. If you experience any issues with our prepaid returns label, please reach out to our Customer Service team at personalshopper@astleyclarke.com
Returns & Exchange
All jewellery, excluding personalised items and earrings, returned within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund or exchange items personalised with engraving or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

UK Returns:
Step 1:
Complete the online returns request form https://astleyclarke.returns.shop/
Step 2:
Once your return is approved you will receive a Shipping Label.
Attach the label to the outside of your parcel once and place the item(s) back into the original packaging and return to our London address.
Note: If you returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur additional return fees for any subsequent returns.
Step 3:
Take the parcel to your chosen drop-off point via https://astleyclarke.returns.shop/
International Returns:
Access our Returns Portal to return any orders from outside of the UK.
We offer returns* for the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, UAE, USA.
*Return and delivery country must be the same, excludes personalised items.
Outside of these countries you can return your items, subject to the above listed exceptions, with our express service for a flat rate of $10 (deducted from your final total refund), or alternatively you can return the item(s) to us via your preferred carrier.
