Upload any image straight from your phone or PC, if you have an actual photograph place in a well lit area and take a photo of it with your phone and simply upload that image, no scissors required.
Zoom in to get the personality of the person, baby scan or even pet!
Black and white images always look crisp
You can always take a snap of a much loved drawing or inspirational quote
Don’t panic – you can always order alternative images and the first refill is free..
Engraving
The preview image is a guide – our expert engravers ensure the message is centered and sized to fit
Always check your preview as there are character length limits on each line of engraving

To keep your photos looking perfect and your locket in its best condition, we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding contact with water or moisture.

The photos in our lockets are not permanently secured and can be replaced. To update the images in your locket simply order replacement photos below. Please note if the locket comes in different chain lengths you do need to select a length in the drop down at the top of this page FIRST, it actually doesn't matter what length of chain you select but our system just needs one to proceed.
We'll send you your images cut to size, along with instructions on how to remove and replace the existing one. For UK the photos are sent first class post, for international customers we use Royal Mail tracked and signed.
