The ring was returned on the day I received it, your picture online illustrates a matt gold appearance. The ring was nothing like this, it was a very shiny gold colour which was not what I wanted at all. It was also very flimsy looking in appearance. I also ordered the matching locket which was of the same appearance. Unfortunately I cannot return this as I asked you to engrave it and your policy states engraved items are not returnable.

I love my ring she is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures of the web site. For the size it was a little bit difficult and I ordered a size too large but I buy an adjuster and now it’s perfect, then my ring will be at the right size in summer when my fingers are swollen! I recommend

Beautiful piece. I took the smallest size and it is still a bit too big for my pinky and not big enough for other fingers, so haven’t wore it yet. The personalised writing is slightly different in real life (the letter looks a bit narrow) but it is nice enough.
