David A.The ring was returned on the day I received it, your picture online illustrates a matt gold appearance. The ring was nothing like this, it was a very shiny gold colour which was not what I wanted at all. It was also very flimsy looking in appearance. I also ordered the matching locket which was of the same appearance. Unfortunately I cannot return this as I asked you to engrave it and your policy states engraved items are not returnable.
