Beautiful! The engraving is perfect - I got a simple heart which I’ve realised makes it double sided: I can wear it with the stone to the front for a bit of sparkle, or with the engraved heart to the front for less sparkle. One of the pictures is slightly wonky, but this isn’t an issue. The size of the locket is exactly what I wanted as it’s very subtle.

This the the 3rd locket I have bought from Astley Clarke, excellent quality and beautifully gift wrapped. All have had so many lovely comments on when my daughters have worn them. Already looking for some Christmas gifts to order.

I would stress to prospective buyers, the locket is very small, when picking pictures, chose very close ups of loved ones faces, otherwise they are simply too small to see clearly.

This locket as as delicate and beautiful as I hoped. I wanted something small enough to wear everyday, and to not need to take off. It’s comfortable, and I consistently wear it in the shower and the photo inside is still intact. I got this to honor my sweet dog who unexpectedly got sick and passed, and I couldn’t love it more.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who was absolutely over the moon. The product itself is high quality and really beautiful. I got an inscription and that has come out really nicely, too.
I've only given it 4 stars because the experience online wasn't the best when making the purchase. To adjust the photos, you're better off doing this on your mobile but to make the payment, I had several issues and was only eventually able to do this by creating an account and logging on via a desktop.
Due to demand and lack of staff availability, whilst I did receive a polite reply, this was a couple of days later.
Delivery itself was very quick and quicker than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.
One of the photos kept falling out so eventually fixed it using a little bit of blu tac. Online, it states you should fix it using the stickers they provide but these were not provided in the package.
That said, Astley Clarke is one of the few places that provide the photo service, which was a real win for me as I did not have the time nor resources to print the photographs to size and fit them.
Overall, a positive experience.

It goes with everything and you can wear it working out /in the shower without it tarnishing. Also, it is beautiful!

Such a stunning piece and so sentimental! I bought two for my wedding day to give to mother of the bride/groom - a baby photo on one side and a recent photo on the other. It came wrapped so beautifully that I didn't even want to open it! Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Will absolutely shop again!

I bought the locket for my bridesmaids as a thank you for organising my hen do! They absolutely love them and it’s amazing that I can customise them as I want!

This was purchased as an anniversary present and it’s absolutely perfect. I love that it comes with the pictures already included as saves a lot of faffing about with pictures! The only downside is the locket is quite noisy on the chain and it makes a noise with every movement.
