AC x Rewritten do Wedding Season
Wedding season is in full swing, and what better way to celebrate than an event with our friends at Rewritten, the queens of colourful bridesmaid’s dresses. Co-founders Fran and Katie actually first met at Astley Clarke when they worked in our London HQ many moons ago. Together they dreamt up the idea for a brand that scrapped conventional bridesmaids’ dresses and introduced a more sustainable offering that was size inclusive and designed in shapes that suited different body types, that can be worn time and time again. 

We wanted to showcase our new bridal jewellery edit and Rewritten’s vibrant collection was the perfect partner. We had glasses of prosecco on arrival, served delicious mini cakes from Hackney based bakery EK Bakery and treated our guests to an exclusive discount on the night as they browsed everything from our pearl necklaces and earrings to our solid gold and diamond jewellery. We also had jewellery stylists on the night to advise brides to-be on their look for the big day.

Pearl Jewellery

AW23 shows at Fashion Week saw pearls in varying sizes across designers such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and Balmain as they are beautifully understated and truly timeless. Symbolising purity and luck, they are the perfect choice for bridal jewellery and bridesmaids’ jewellery, too. If you want something a bit more contemporary, then try our Mother of Pearl necklaces and earrings instead. Iridescent and luminous in colour, these pieces are a modern take on the classic pearl.
