Upload any image straight from your phone or PC, if you have an actual photograph place in a well lit area and take a photo of it with your phone and simply upload that image, no scissors required.

Seasonal greetings (like “Merry Christmas”) might be better left off so your locket stays meaningful year-round.
Caring for Your Locket
To keep your photos looking perfect and your locket in its best condition, we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding contact with water or moisture.

Personalised jewellery that has been engraved is not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned - consider your purchase and contact our personal shopping team for advice before buying.
The photos in our lockets are not permanently secured and can be replaced. To update the images in your locket simply order replacement photos below. Please note if the locket comes in different chain lengths you do need to select a length in the drop down at the top of this page FIRST, it actually doesn't matter what length of chain you select but our system just needs one to proceed.
We'll send you your images cut to size, along with instructions on how to remove and replace the existing one. For UK the photos are sent first class post, for international customers we use Royal Mail tracked and signed.
